Vegan Wheat Oat Pancakes

Enjoy these pancakes topped with fruit, fruit jam, nuts and/or pure maple syrup.
Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups wheat flour
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • 2 tbsp raw sugar
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • 2 cup non-dairy milk
Directions
  1. whisk flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
  2. add banana and non-dairy milk and mix until smooth.
  3. drop ¼ cup of batter onto heated non-stick pan or griddle and cook until golden brown on each side.
  4. serve hot.
