1½ cup non-dairy milk, we use unsweetened soy milk
2 bananas, ripe
7 medium to large frozen strawberries
⅔ cup frozen blueberries
2½ tbsp flax meal
Directions
place your spinach, non-dairy milk, and bananas into the blender and blend. Once well blended, add in the remaining ingredients and blend until well blended.
Pour into cups and drink up!
