Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 8-10 red potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. Place the potato wedges, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a large ziplock bag or a bowl and toss.
  4. Spread the wedges in one layer on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
