Oven Roasted Potatoes

- 8-10 red potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Place the potato wedges, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a large ziplock bag or a bowl and toss.
- Spread the wedges in one layer on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
